My name is Robert Hibbard. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, I’ve proudly called Clarksville, Tennessee home since 2014. I’ve been happily married for over 20 years and am a proud dad of two and grandfather to three boys—my son serves as a firefighter with CFR, and my daughter is currently in school to become an equestrian dentist.

Over the past three years, I’ve worked as a freelance rental property inspector, backed by nearly two decades of experience in rental properties, real estate investing, and property management.
